This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us when you join the waitlist on plinthsearch.com. It covers the teaser site only. Once you become a customer, a separate data processing agreement governs how we handle candidate data on your behalf.

Who we are

Plinth AI Ltd ("Plinth", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described below. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17163713), registered address Flat 7, 57 Oxford Gardens, London, United Kingdom, W10 5UJ. Our registration with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is pending. You can reach us at hello@plinthsearch.com.

What we collect

The email address you submit when you request access.
Technical information collected automatically when you submit the form: your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page that referred you, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived through.

We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, any other personal data on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your waitlist request and contact you with information about access to Plinth. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand where our traffic comes from. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a secure, functioning site.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers (sub-processors) to run the waitlist:

Supabase: hosts the database where waitlist entries are stored (EU region, Ireland).
Resend: delivers the notification email that tells us you have signed up.
Vercel: hosts this website and the form's processing function.

We share your data with these providers only so they can perform these services for us, under contract. Some may process data outside the UK or EEA; where they do, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first, after which we delete it within a reasonable period. If you ask to be removed, we action it promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased;
object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing;
withdraw your consent at any time;
data portability.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes that affect how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you by email.
